The theme is a fun aspect of your diary. In this section, you control the layout of your diary. The theme designer is where you choose the main design, but you can edit details of it later as well. If you click on customize, you can edit the column widths of your body and sidebar.
Under the advanced tab, you can find colours and fonts you may want to change to customize to your own style. Background image, body layout, sidebars and footer is all edited here.
